Join us for our first beautiful Reiki-infused Yoga Nidra class in Avonmore, led by Kim Cardiel Earley and Corina Berkoben, THIS MONDAY! ❤️🧘♀️🧘♂️
What to Expect:
You will create a cozy “nest” using blankets and pillows you bring from home (or use our provided yoga mats, blankets, and pillows) and lay down to be guided into a meditative state. Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that induces deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. In this state, you will set a personal intention to help you find more peace and calm in your life, focusing on releasing fear-based thoughts and projections to move into a space of love. 🫶
Reiki Healing:
During this serene practice, Kim and Corina will offer Reiki healing energy, either hands-off or hands-on (whichever you prefer), as you rest in your energetic nest. Kundalini Reiki is a powerful energy healing technique that awakens and balances your inner energy, enhancing the relaxation and healing effects of Yoga Nidra. 💓
